All our helpers undergo a rigorous 5-step screening process including criminal background checks, reference verification, skills assessment, personality evaluation, and in-person interviews. Only 1 in 8 applicants make it through our screening process.
We currently service all major metropolitan areas in South Africa including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth. We're expanding to new areas regularly - contact us to see if we service your location.
Absolutely! We prioritize consistency and will match you with the same helper for each visit whenever possible. If your regular helper is unavailable, we'll provide an equally qualified replacement and notify you in advance.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with any service, we'll send a supervisor to address the issue immediately and redo the service at no extra cost. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures you get the quality service you deserve.
